The Week of April 13, 2020

Hey folks,

Just a quick heads-up on the Law of Self Defense content we’ll be delivering to you this week, the week of April 13, 2020.

Cases of the Week: April 14, 2020

Tomorrow, as our usual Tuesday programming, we’ll be doing our Cases of the Week: April 14, 2020 show, which translates into plain English the most important appellate court (case law) decisions involving use of force cases from around the country.

The Cases of the Week show airs LIVE every Tuesday at 2PM ET on our Facebook page, which you can access by clicking on the image or link below:

After Action Analysis: April 15, 2020

On Wednesday we’ll do our After Action Analysis: April 15, 2020 show, in which we take use-of-force events caught on camera and do a plain-English legal analysis applying our 5-elements of self-defense framework.  We’ll be covering two such use-of-force events caught on camera this week.

The first is a COVID-masked home invasion in a Chicago suburb:

The second is an armed robbery of a restaurant in which a patron pulls his own pistol and fires a barrage of shots at the robbers:

Law of Self Defense LEVEL 1 Class LIVE ONLINE: Sat. April 25

Also, we’re now less than two weeks away from our Law of Self Defense LEVEL 1 Class LIVE ONLINE taking place on Saturday, April 25.

This our full-day (6-7 hour) class on use-of-force law, to our knowledge the single most comprehensive law-based class on the subject that can be found anywhere (including law schools).  It’s the same class approved for Continuing Legal Education for defense lawyers,  prosecutors, and judges to learn use-of-force law. But don’t let that frighten you, the we translate all the legalese into plain English.

The class is taught live by me, but don’t worry–you don’t have to go anywhere in COVID world!  Instead, we stream the live class directly to your computer, tablet, or even smart phone. The webinar platform provides plenty of opportunity for interaction with me, and to get all your questions answered.

We are doing ONLY THREE of these classes in all of 2020, and the April 25 class is one of those three. Once the seats are gone, they’re gone, so if you’re interested–and it’s not costly, folks!–learn more or just go ahead and grab one of the few remaining seats by clicking the image or link below:

Hard to Kill, Hard to Convict

That’s it for now folks, but remember:

You carry a gun so you’re hard to kill.

Know the law so you’re hard to convict!

Stay safe!
