Aaron Dean, convicted last week of reckless manslaughter in the shooting death of Atatiana Jefferson, was sentenced by the jury today to a term of 11 years, 10 months, and 12 days. The 10 months and 12 days is likely simply because the shooting occurred on October 12, of 2019–10/12. So, an extra year, almost,
