[A] Where the Commonwealth, in an effort to establish malice, relies upon the alleged use of a deadly weapon, the burden ison the Commonwealth to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the weapon used was a deadly one . . .
[B] Where the Commonwealth, in an effort to establish malice, relies upon the alleged use of a deadly weapon, the burden is upon the Commonwealth to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the weapon and the manner in which it was used was a deadly weapon.
