CHAPTER 53 DEFENSES—DIMINISHED RESPONSIBILITY
Instruction No. 53.200 Intoxication—Voluntary
Voluntary intoxication is not a defense to (name of crime). Even if you find that the defendant was greatly intoxicated by the voluntary use of [alcohol; drugs; other substances], you must still find him guilty if you find that the Commonwealth has proved every element of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt.
