400.12 Previous Threats Against Defendant

If you find that before the incident, (name of victim) made a threat(s) against the defendant, and because of this the defendant had reasonable cause for believing [he] [she] was in imminent danger of [death or injury] [losing (his) (her) property or having (his) (her) property interfered with]*, you may consider the evidence of the threat in determining whether the defendant acted reasonably when [he] [she] (e.g., fired the shots in question).
