Protection Against Dispossession
If at the time the Defendant (method)(if he did so), he believed that (victim) was attempting to dispossess him of his dwelling, he was privileged to use such physical force against (victim) as he believed to be immediately necessary in order to prevent it, but including the right to use deadly physical force in so doing only if he believed that when (victim) was attempting to dispossess him of his dwelling, he was not acting under a claim of right to its possession.
