ADD THE FOLLOWING TO THE INSTRUCTION ON THE OFFENSE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ELEMENT TO WHICH THE EVIDENCE OF ACCIDENT RELATES.
