CHAPTER 3.
KIJ-Cr §3.12A Deadly Weapon

“Deadly Weapon” means:

[any weapon of mass destruction]
[any weapons from which a shot, readily capable of producing death or other serious physical injury, may be discharged, including any such weapon that is unloaded or incapable of discharging, so long as it otherwise belongs to a class of weapons satisfying this meaning of “deadly weapon.”
[Any knife other than an ordinary pocket knife or hunting knife.]
[Bill, nightstick, or club]
[Blackjack or slapjack]
[Nunchaku karate sticks]
[Shuriken or death star]
[Artificial knuckles made from metal, plastic, or other similar hard material]
